Call Center Representative
One Fat Frog is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to support our operation in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, ensuring that the sales floor is running smoothly, and efficiently. Bilingual is a MUST for this position!
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries submitted via social media & company websites
- Be the initial point of contact for client's looking to purchase
- Must feel comfortable communicating via phone. You will be expected to make 70-120 outbound sales calls a DAY.
- Supporting the sales team by performing data entry via CRM
- Working directly with our Social Media Chat Specialist to import leads
- Running each client through a screening questionnaire to gauge potential sales
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Spanish bilingual speaking, reading and writing is a must!
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent organization
- Superior time management skills
- Must be discreet in handling the private information of clients
