One Fat Frog is seeking a Senior Production Manager to support our established manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, exceptional problem solving and communication skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Quality control on all production and products
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ability to read plans and lead team to execute accordingly
- Communication skills to convey information in meetings and status reports
- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
- Tracking the manufacturing process to make sure each aspect is correct and efficient
- Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting company standards
- Evaluating current productivity and implementing new methods to increase productivity
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience working as Manufacturing QC manager or other similar position
- Excellent knowledge of quality, health and safety standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good practical experience with MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and ORGANIZATIONAL skills!!!
- Good team player with strong leadership skills, focused and motivated, problem-solver
- Bachelors in relevant field
