Staff Accountant:

One Fat Frog Food Trucks & Trailers is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our operations in Orlando, FL. The Staff Accountant is You are a pivotal member of to our team, ensuring that the company is running smoothly, and efficiently.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank statements & balance sheets
Inventory inspections
Prepare & analyze monthly financial statements by deadline
Ensure timely & accurate billing for equipment & services
Ensure timely & accurate payments for materials
Manage fixed assets & keep depreciation schedules updated monthly
Prepare and assure accuracy of annual property tax returns
Completes end-of-day closing
Completes end-of-month closing
Able to generate sales tax total

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum two years in an accounting environment;
Bachelor's preferred, but not required. CPA not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Cost Accounting and Manufacturing experience is a major plus!
EXPERT in use of PC and Excel; and various ERP systems
